Use iDiscover to search for words in the title of the book you're finding useful
Try looking next to it on the shelf where you found it. Many libraries use a classification system that organises the books by subject – so books on the same topic will be on either side of it on the shelf
Use university reading lists issued by your department to find books on a similar subject
