The most likely cause is that your Raven permissions have changed - for instance if you have been away for a period or your status in the University may have changed.  Please visit the Raven test page for e-resources access.  Then please report what you see on that test page by writing to the Raven helpdesk: raven@lib.cam.ac.uk
