Thank you for your message. The University Library’s Click and Collect service is being scaled back to allow fetching staff to open other parts of the Library. The Click and Collect service is still available, but requests should now be made in the following webform rather than through iDiscover: https://www.lib.cam.ac.uk/search-and-find/open-shelf-fetching-ordering-form
