Thank you for your email. I apologise for the inconvenience caused by our system upgrade which is currently being carried out. Reader account access is currently unavailable to all users. We would advise that you contact the library you borrowed the books from direct and they will make arrangements to renew your books or advise about their return.

If you could provide your 5 digit barcode (V****) on your University card and some details of the item you wish to renew (i.e. title, classmark) this will help us to process your request.  

When the new system does go live, you should allow a few days for some data to become up-to-date as library staff deal with the backlog of patron data created since the 23rd of December when the old system went offline.
