To use an ebook, first you need to find the title using iDiscover, remembering that you can refine the list of results to show only ebooks using the bar across the top:

Once you have found the title you want, click on it, and you will be taken through to a record like this:

Click on either of the two highlighted links to get through to the ebook. The links take you through to the title on the supplier’s website. If you are off campus, you will need to log in with your Raven password.

The typical ebook has a table of contents that can help you to navigate your way through the book, or you can click through the pages yourself. Some suppliers may allow you to download the book, or a chapter to read offline, although usually the time you can do this for is limited; see this LibAnswers FAQ for more information.

Each supplier has a slightly different platform, and tips and instructions on the features of each can be found on the ebooks@cambridge website.

There are numerous suppliers from whom the ebooks@cambridge service buys the access to titles. You can find out more about these suppliers on the ebooks@cambridge website.
